Merge Group Policies

Is anyone aware of a utility that can merge Group Policies?

I am having a tidy up of my group policies, and many can actually be
incorporated into one big group policy, however, there are hundreds of
settings in these GPO, and a utility that simply merges GPO together would be
nice.

Bollocks, I take it back! Sorry!

first query still valid - I thought the Export/Import settings would do it,
but it actually overwrites previous settings

Actually GPMC won't let you truly merge GPO settings. I don't know of a tool
that can do this, in fact.
