My daughter has just obtained (given) a mercury 3600 relisys scanner, all my
attempts to make it operate on xp home have failed, can anyone spare my
blushes ?
 
Visit the support web site of the manufacturer of the scanner
and download/install the Windows XP or Windows 2000 drivers.
