Menus for Outlook 2003

I have used outlook for 15 years but would like to change the menus I setup.
Instead of using the standard switchboard I always create a form with Menu
Selection buttons. If there were 5 available reports - there would be 5
buttons.

However I would like to instead try to use a menu I have seen in other
applications which is a kind of a message box which shows all the selection
for an item, and you can use the mouse or the arrow keys to select the item
you want. For example if there are 5 reports available - you could choose any
of the 5.

I can't find any code for this in any of my Outlook books - would anyone
have some suggestions or sample code? Thanks.

I meant Access - sorry.
