Menu/Tool bar catch-22

I was experimenting in removing menu/tool bars from a Form.....and went to
Tools / StartUp and de-selected 2 options to 'Always show Menu Bar' 'Always
show Tool Bar'....

When I restarted the bars are gone....but now I can't figure out a way to
get them back !! since of course the Tools option is no longer available to
me..... so I can't get to the StartUp options....

How do I get myself out of this pickle?

Press the <SHIFT> key while you're opening the database. Once you're in with
the shift key bypass, go to Tools | Startup and make sure the check boxes for
"Allow Full Menus" and "Allow Built-in Toolbars" are checked. Your changes
will take effect *next time* you open the database and you'll have the normal
menu and toolbar back.

and is this the way one does remove the menu/tool bars from a form?? it
seems all or nothing...

Yes, unless you want to use code to do it, but using the mouse just seems
easier to me.
