Menu Shortcuts Disabled

I have lost all menu shortcuts such as ms works,
accessories, games, etc. How can I get them back? I did
a system restore to a point where they were working, but
that didn't help. Any suggestions?
 
Try simply to copy them from All Documents folder to your name folder in
Documents and Setings...
