menu not displayed

I added a menu (Insert->Navigation) to my webpage. It
appears correctly in the "FrontPage 2002 preview" but not
in the "browser preview" or published on my web (front-
page extension installed). There are just standard links
(blue, underlined).

Do you know how to fix that?
 
The new FP2002 links bars require a host running the FP2002 SE
