Menu items gone. Reset doesn't bring them back

Hi, I added "News" to my "Go" menu earlier today via
Tools>Customize>Commands. It was working fine earlier today. Now it is
gone. I tried resetting all the menus. The menus reset, but news is not
back as an option to be added to Go. Does anyone know how to fix this
problem?

Basically, what I want is to be able to open outlook express in newsgroup
only mode via a button in outlook again as I was able to today.

I am using Outlook 2003.
 
To fix the issue, either open up IE and go to 'Tools|Internet
Options|Programs' and select Outlook Express as your default Newsgroup
program, or just open up Outlook Express and select yes when it asks you if
you want to make Outlook Express the default News Reader. The News button
should work the next time you open Outlook.
