menu item "make offline available" disappeared

Hi

Recently I started to work on a pentium IV laptop running
XP professional and connected to the company's (wired)
LAN network and hard drive

One of the first days I activated the possibility to have
copies of files of the central hard drive on the local
hard drive, and the synchronisation of those. (I am sorry
for this cryptic description, but I have the Dutch XP
version, so I am not sure about the English menu item
names

I chose some maps to make available off line and the
synchronisation worked fine (and still works fine,
actually

My problem is that the menu item "make offline available"
disappeared both from the "right mouse button" menu and the
"file" menu. Synchronisation of the previously selected
maps and files works fine, but I am not able to change
the settings, or to add or remove files. I can only
activate and de-activate the off-line files option

By the way, if I do that, synchronisation resembles
previously selected items for synchronisation

Any advice is welcome
