i am creating a database and i want to make a file menu on
my form as we can do it in VB using menu editor but i
cannot understand how we can do it in Access.
any help will be appreciated.

In Access, you create a custom toolbar or menu bar. Right-click on a menu
bar, customize, and the select new. Give it a name and then insert commands
into the new toolbar/menubar as desired.

The whole process is done via drag and drop (no code is needed).

Of course, just like when copy files in the windows explore via ctrl-drag,
you should also use ctrl-drag when stealing buttons from existing tool bars
in ms-access so THAT YOU COPY the buttons, and not MOVE them.
