Menu button shows a red "X" instead of colored box ...why?

Hello, my problem is that some menu button in my web site
shows a white box with a red "X" inside instead of a
colored box of the web's theme. The URL is
http://www.johnshakespeare.com/index.htm

Whys is that and what can I do to fix it?

Remove all spaces from folder and file names.
