Menu bars

How to tell to Access the order to make apear a menu bar?
I want MenuBar1 above MenuBar2, but after changing by hand
and saving the new position, when lauching de Access all
is the same...

Any ideas?

Try right-clicking on the menu-bar and choosing "Customize" Then select the
Toolbar and choose properties. Turn off "Allow Moving" and set Docking to
"Can't change"
