Menu Bar buttons wrong colour

G'day all,

Just discovered a strange new bug. In some of my
applications, the menu <buttons> are light in colour, (same
colour as the drop-down menu), not the same colour as the
actual menu bar itself. They are like this either from
starting the application, or after having clicked on them.

This occurs in applications such as Notepad, Calculator,
Acrobat Reader, and others, but NOT in Windows Explorer,
Firefox, or Thunderbird.

I use WinXP Home, SP2, and I am using the standard colour
scheme.
