Menu Bar Appears/Disappears

I am using IE7 on Windows XP-SP2. The only add-ins I have installed are
ieSpell and Norton 360, although this issue seemed to "pop up" a while after
both of those add-ins were installed.

Sometimes when I click on the "X" to close a tab, click on the "Star" to
open a Favorite, or click on a Favorite itself, the Menu Bar flickers on and
off a couple of times. Sometimes when clicking back to IE7 from another app,
the Menu Bar all of a sudden becomes visible. I have the Menu Bar option
unchecked on the Toolbar menu.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas would be appreciated.
