Menu Bar and Address Bar

Not sure what I did to cause this but the Menu Bar,
Address Bar and Links, etc., appear on one line instead
of three lines as I am accustomed to seeing. Can anyone
offer any help?

Move them to suit yourself.
Don't forget to ensure "Lock the Toolbars" is unchecked in
View-Toolbars.
