Menu above supervisor bios???

I've been recently told that there is a option menu that pulls rank over the bios menu in a computer if this is true how does one access it if it's more then just a pipedream thanks

Some BIOS do have a special menu which allows a few extra options via a couple of key presses which in it.
These are usually for the more advanced user and overclockers etc

Not all manufacturers actually program the BIOS with this option though
And you should always be careful when setting the options within
