Seeing as how I'm new to VB.NET, I thought I'd ask whether any
mentoring programs exist. I think I'd benefit from having some
knowledgeable person examine the things I write, and give me
suggestions on how to improve. When I get good enough, I'd be willing
to return the favor for someone else. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I don't know if there are any mentoring programs, but if you have any
questions (even if they are about "best practice"), feel free to post
them to this group.

Tony,
As Herfried stated, I don't know of any 'internet' based mentoring programs,
or even a mentoring registry.

The newsgroups are good for asking questions.

Have you looked for any .NET users groups in your area? There may be one or
two individuals in your area that may be interested in mentoring you.

Hope this helps
Jay

Good suggestions from both of you. Thanks.
