My abuser has been using the medical device to harass me the last 4-5
years. I have no idea what type of a device is being used on me. I
believe the device is only available to licensed pharmacist(s). I am
not very familiar with the intend usage of the device. As I understand,
the device can be used as a stimulator; 24 hours therapeutic session;
ease off a lot of emotion--anger, sadness, fear...ect.; enhance
recovery of mental illnesses. If abuse is the intention, it can be used
to sense what the other person's thinking or as a form of communication
through inner voices. In my case, the abuser has been using it to
insult me in every way he could possible think of. As I know, a single
device is only effective if you are in the same city. Mulitple devices
can reach billion of people world wide. Fear of being evaluate as
mental ill due to lack of physical evidence. I am hoping to find out
more about the device, before reporting to the police. If anyone know
what type of a device has been using on me. Who manufacture such a
device. What can I do to stop the abuser from such criminal act? Please

The device is not a device at all, but the delta g-t radiation created by
the Windows family of Operating Systems.

Might it be this delta g-t radiation that causes cheap ink to coagulate?
 
No, they ARE built into OEM cartridges, which explains the cost
differential and why some people who use them exclusively have, ahem...
difficulties.

Go and see your doctor, who can give you some pills to counteract the
effects of the device.

There is a solution, put an EMP shield around your home and never go out.
But for this to work you will need to disconnect all electrical equipment in
the house, unfortunately that means you will lose internet access!

He could put a Faraday cage cap on his head to protect his brain, as long as
the shield was properly grounded to keep delta g-t radiation from
interfering with his alpha brain waves. The cap may optionally be attached
to ground through a lightning arrestor, though others will undoubtedly argue
that lightning arrestors are "junk science" and serve no useful purpose.
(You know who you are.)

Tony - The device causing this person, as well as most of the people on this
NG, abuse and harassment is MK's computer. Medicaldevicetragedy, the OP,
should definitely report him to the police.

Burt - During one of its frequent commitments to the home for the profoundly
deranged, MK met and found out the OP was using 3rd party ink. Upon MK's
release for a supervised visit back to its parents home, MK found the
TPIEFTW™* do-it-yourself USB device kit that it had ordered from eBay.
Because MK had been severely traumatized by the sight of a refilled ink
cartridge in the possession of the OP, MK set to work in its basement
bedroom and attempted to build the device. Due to its inability to read and
understand the most simple of instructions, MK inserted its OEM InkyyStinky
troll stimulation chip into the card socket instead of the correct part.
Once MK finally figured out how to plug the device into a USB port, the
TPIEFTW™ failed to work as designed, but instead began radiating powerful
rays so strong they even penetrate the OP's heavy duty tin foil hat.
Unfortunately for the OP, he is now suffering the same delusional existence
as our little troll MK.

Holy OEM Ron,
I had no idea that poor little MK was so sick, I have always thought of him as
the voice of reason and tolerance in this newsgroup, unlike you and Burt who
are "Churchies" and therefore suspect.
I must now recover my composure and start to treat him with the understanding
and love that he deserves, even needs....Trouble is I don't know where to
start, do you have any pointers? I firstly thought I would send him an e-mail
expressing my condolences but his posted e-mail bounced, so I thought I would
post here but he doesn't respond to me (maybe I'm killfiltered - so sad!) so
finally I posted a message to alt.incompetent.and.unwell.trolls but got no
reply from him or anyone else (which in itself indicated that the newsgroup was
well named). So where do I go now?
I really think that we should all work together to help him, don't you?
