it says that my virtual memory is low.... and my computer is running slower any way to fix?

go to the help section under the start menu and type in paging file. On of
the results will be changing the size!

I prefer to change the page file after a defrag as this will help keep the
page file from being too fragmented to start. You should make it around
400MB for the min and max unless

a) you don't have much hard drive space
b) you are running heavy duty picture/video editing software

Go to www.outertech.com and try Cacheman. Mine seems to take care of virtual
memory etc fine. Just a thought.

Cacheman is pure unadulterated crapware that is totally incapable of
performing any beneficial function for any computer under any
circumstances. Period.
