You're asking in the wrong place (this group is for questions about the
database software Microsoft Access, not about yahoo or live), and you seem to
be working from some flawed premises. No "memory" is being taken up that your
computer can't manage perfectly well by itself; and just looking at email on
live.com or yahoo won't even store the email on your disk, unless you choose
to do so.

I'm not sure where to recommend that you post since I am not sure that your
question even makes sense in computer terms!
