First, fix your keyboard. Posting in all caps is not only difficult to
read, but it is the online equivalent of *SHOUTING* and is regarded as
extremely rude.

You give no details that will help. What processor? How much RAM? What
size hard drive? What version of Windows? What other hardware do you have
installed in your computer? How is your OS configured (swap file size,
etc). DO you have on-board graphics or a dedicated video card?

Without the above information, no one can make other than the most vague
guess possible on how to fix your problem.

Please post back with the necessary information, and would you please be so
kind when you do post back as to NOT SHOUT?

Sure . Right click on My Computer -> Properties and this should tell you the
following:
Operating Syste
Version
Service Pack

Who is Windows register to

Computer:
Processor type
Speed , RAM amount

RAM amount is your physical memory . When your physical memory is finished ,
then Windows uses the so called Virtual . You should low your activities and
the programs that loads in the memory . To check exactly how much memory
(both physical and virtual ) is currently used , goto Start-Programs -
Accessories - System Tools - System Information and when the info is
generated , see , it is somewhere in the bottom .

Then , tell us the exact info and we will try to help you .

P.S. -> Do not post in Capitals only because in forums and newsgroups it is
considers as <SHOUTING> and <RUDE ATTITUDE> Thanks! :)

Hi,

Please do not use ALLCAPS, it's hard on the eyes and is considered to be
shouting, and therefore rude in newsgroups.

Virtual memory and physical memory are two different things that work in
concert with each other. Physical memory is the actual ram that is installed
on the system. Increasing physical memory involves opening the system and
installing new or additional sticks. Virtual memory is space allocated on
the hard drive to supplement the physical ram in the form of a paging file
(pagefile.sys). "Low memory" and "Low virtual memory" have different causes.

Low Virtual memory is usually caused by either artificial restrictions on
the size of the paging file, or by a lack of disk space. For the latter,
check the amount of free space available on C:\ by right clicking the drive
in Windows Explorer (My Computer) and checking properties. If you are
showing less than 10% of free space, you may be running into a clogged
system. For the former, you would have had to go into the control
panel/system/advanced tab/performance settings/advanced tab, and changed the
settings to something other than the windows managed size.

There is also a known issue with an older version of Intel Application
Accelerator. If you have this installed, you need to uninstall it and
install the latest version. The older versions (generally those that came
with a pre-WinXP system) are incompatible with WinXP and can cause this
error message.
