Memory speed setting

Have just installed an A7N8X-X mobo with An AMD 2600 (retail version)
plus a single stick of Corsair 512MB PC3200 DDR ram.

The default BIOS settings indicate a memory speed of 100MHz. Should I
set this to 166 or 200Mhz?

The current settings are:

CPU external frequency = 100MHz (options for 133, 166 & 200)

CPU frequency multiple setting = AUTO (option is MENU)

CPU frequency multiple - 11.5x

System performance = Optimal (options are Use defined, Aggressive)

CPU Interface = Optimal

Memory frequency = Auto (or By SPD)

Well for the CPU it looks like you have a Barton 2600+ (with that 11.5x
multiplier setting), so just change the 100 to 166.

Barton 2600+ 1917MHz (166x11.5) AXDA2600DKV4D
Athlon 2600+ 2133MHz (133x16.0) AXDA2600DKV3C
Athlon 2600+ 2083MHz (166x12.5) AXDA2600DKV3D
