memory selection

Hi, I am thinking of upgrading to a AsusP4C800-E Deluxe motherboard with a
P4 3.00 (800fsb). Any memory experts out there who can give any tips on the
best memory to get with this selection? i.e. Manufacturer, non parity, ecc?
I've gone round in circles trying to figure it all out!
