Hi,

I am facing serious memory problem in win2000 .
I have installed win 2000 in my single pc.
I have 128 DDR ram .

I have 2 users .One want use oracle and another
one using autocad . One problem with oracle is it
loads when win2000 starts(if I disable it will not work )
and it takes a lot of memory . So when user2 use autocad
it create a memory problem.

What I want is that oracle should not load
when user2 log in . Can I do that ?

Is that buying memory is the only solution ?

Gurus ,Please help me .

Memory is inexpensive these days. And for Windows 2000,
128 MB is already "minimal" for realistic purposes. Go
up to 256 MB or even 512 MB. It would help both Oracle
and AutoCad.
