Memory on CUSL2-C

Hi everybody,
I have a problem with the memory banks on my board.
Up to now it worked fine with 3 DIMM of 128mo.
Some programs started to run badly and memtest found many errors.
I tested each DIMM solely and they work fine when there's only one bank
occupied. If 2 banks it doesn't work.
Is this due to the mobo and is there anything to do ?

I never could get mine to work on but 2 128m for 512m of memory.
I thought that was the limit.
