I have upgraded my edonkey p2p program from an old 0.30 to 0.52 and is causeing a memory leak in windows2000 after some time my PC will reboot itself giving a memory dump,
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x05b25114, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xbfefe648). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini010704-02.dmp.
Is there any updates to win2000 that can fix this memory leak as i'm sure it works for alot of people in win2000, i have NIS 2003 installed but the older version was working
What i think the cause is that the small cached files are filling up in the memory as they are mostlikely not completed downloading how can these be paged to stop a memory dump "hard drive space is not an issue"
can i have some input into hopefully resolveing the issue
