I need to check the memory in my new computer. I have 4 gigs of DDR2 PC2
8500 1 gig each that may be misbehaving.
My problem is that the program that Microsoft offers requires that you boot
from a floppy (I don't have one) or a CD (which their program does not allow
you to make in Vista) so I can't run the checking program.
How can I make a boot disk, boot USB flash drive or some other varient of
this that I can use to run this program. FYI you must use the Microsoft
program to make the boot disk as it contains the .iso program that runs the
memory check program.
OR is there another program I can use to check the performance of the
Motherboard and memory.
Thanks in advance.
