Yes, you've got bad memory :-) Try re-seating your memory sticks.
If that doesn't work, replace the bad one.

That usually indicates a physical defect with the memory modules
themselves. If the cleaning and reseating as suggested by Daniel
Ganek did not resolve the problem then download at least one of the
following free memory testing programs, create the bootable
diskette/CD from the download, boot your computer with that and run
the diagnostic.

DocMemory http://www.simmtester.com
Windows Memory Diagnostic http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp
Memtest86: http://www.memtest86.com/vxcz

Good luck

I have 4 slots A; B; C; &D.
B slot has the clip that holds it down broke off.
I have all 4 full 128; 128; 64; 32.
Can I get rid of the B and move them all down one?
Understand? A 128; B MT; C 128; D 64
Thanks for replying

As is the usually case the answer is "It depends"

Try it, it won't break anything. If that doesn't work, try just C & D or just A.
Some boards don't like an empty slot in the middle.
