Memory Dump at shut down

B

Benny Van

Hello guys,

a very quick question, there is a computer in my office that has a
blue screen with error message:"Memory Dump"(There actually more than
just this, but this sentence is most descriptive here...)every time
when it shuts down. Virus?Memory problem? Hard drive? Fan? Any one
could explain this a little bit to me? Thanks a lot!!

Sincerely,
Ben

of the

Andrew E. is a troll and an idiot. Ignore anything he says, particularly
in this case. Certainly you should not play around with the pagefile.

Benny, there is no way for us to diagnose the issue without more
information although I really doubt it is hardware. There is simply no
way to tell without the exact text of error messages.

Look in Event Viewer for clues. Start>Run>eventvwr.msc [enter]

Do a clean boot and see if the machine still bluescreens.
