Memory Card Manager error message when reordering songs on ipod

Every time I drag a song to a different order number on my ipod shuffle, I
receive this error message:
Memory Card Manager
Failed to locate a supported file type or there are no photos found on this
device.

I receive this same error message when I first plug in my ipod.

Thanks for any help.

You are using iTunes ?
