Memory can not be "read"

Keep getting this same error message at the closing of IE. Cwnd Session
Monitor: iexplore.exe Application Error. The instruction at"0x62303924"
referenced memory at "0x03ad34e4." The memory could not be "read." Clich OK
to terminate this program. Happens over and over again with different numbers
displayed.What to do , new PC.

Assuming Windows XP SP2...
Another program or add-on to IE is probably causing this.

IE> Tools> Manage add-ons, disable add-ons one at a time to see if the
offender becomes obvious.

Next, turn on the Windows Firewall, from Control Panel or Security Center
and disable third-party programs (security and others) which might be
hooking into IE.

Or, there may be malware installed (adware, spyware, parasites, etc.)

I think I have solved the problem by disabling third party programs. So far
so good.
