Melding bij openen hoofddocument voor samenvoegen

Wanneer ik een document open in Word 2003, dat dienst doet als hoofddocument voor een Mailmerge, dan krijg ik steeds een melding dat er een bepaald SQL-commando gaat uitgevoerd worden. Als ik ja kies dan opent het document. Nu is mijn vraag hoe dit document kan geopend worden zonder die melding te krijgen.
Kan iemand mij helpen ?

This was the original poster putting up the answer to his question, so
that if anyone else searches for it they will find it. He was asking
why he gets a message about running SQL when he opens a mail merge
main document.
