I am running Windows 2000 SP4 with all the latest patches applied. I am
viewing a file in Media Player and every time I exit Media Player it performs
a Physical Memory Dump and restarts the computer. I am unable to find
anywhere on the hard drive where the dump is loacted so I do not have any
other informatio other than it is a physical memory dump. The computer
responds the same way if you try and play the file from the loacal hard drive
and not the CD-Rom. I have scanned the computer for viruses and spyware and
the computer clean. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I am trying to run a file though not an application so I have nothing to
uninstall. It does his with any file you try to play in Windows Media Player.
