Meetings are not showing up when scheduling new meetings

When scheduling new meeting requests, meetings that are already there are
not showing. But when I look in my calendar they are there.

Also, I had been getting copies of meetings when sent in my InBox..now I'm
not. I have to look in my "Sent Items" folder to be sure they have been
sent.

Can anyone help.
