I currently have a meeting in my outlook calendar that has a start date
that is later than the end date. i.e. it starts at 12 PM and ends at
11:30 AM on the same day. I do not know how this meeting would've
allowed me to save, but it did. Now I cannot rid the system of this
file. Any ideas??

thanks
Bob.

What happens when you try to delete the entry?

I cannot delete it - it says it can't open the appointment because the
meeting start time is after the meeting end time. Tried deleting from
the desktop, deleting in my Axim, overwriting with other meetings,
overwriting with synchronizations with my Axim having precedence over
what ever is on the desktop.

In fact, the only times I can see this appointment are in the
synchronization process (where it cannot be synchronized) and in my
meeting reminders (where outlook says I cannot open that appointment).
It is the ultimate in circular logic. I can't open the appointment
because the date is messed up, and I can't fix the messed up date
because I can't open the appointment.

Have you tried displaying your Calendar by recurrence and then deleting the
item?

After furious head scratching, BobTex asked:

Thanks Milly - that worked - Much appreciated. I didn't realize that I
could look at the calendar that way. Always more to learn!!
