meeting time changes when inviting attendees

I often send appointments from my calendar at work (Office 2003) to my
calendar at home (Office 2003). When I invite attendees (myself), the time
is automatically changed so that when I view the appointment at home, the
time for the appointment is incorrect. Is there any way to correct this?
The time is set correctly on both computers, and both are in the same city.

So all the times check out including Daylight Savings Time in both Outlook
and Windows?

After furious head scratching, Sally in Texas asked:

Well, I did check my home Outlook and the time settings at home, and the box
for "automatically update for Daylight Savings Time" was NOT checked. I have
checked it now. I haven't tried to share another appointment yet, so I will
do that and see if the times stay the same. Any other suggestions would be
greatly appreciated! Thanks so much for your help!
