meeting requests

Our firm works with an exchange server. We hava about 10 employees. We use
Outlook 2000.
When I send a 'meeting request' (I don't know if this is the right
translation), this meeting request is sent to ALL the employees.How can this
happen ?
Please give me a detailed answer about how to fix this, because i'm quite
new with outlook.
