Hello

For some reason if I setup a meeting and send invites, I
keep getting an extra invite. I get the original meeting
in my calender as usual but then I get an extra invitation
appear in m calender but it doesn't come in through an
email, just appears.
I have checked that I am not a delegate on anyone elses
account but this happens everytime I send a meeting
request.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Rich

Office XP: Two people have delegate access to create
appointments/events on someone else's computer. Now every
appointment they create ends up being listed twice in the calender.
Some of them are an hour off as well. I had them check the time
zone/daylight savings time on each computer and it is said correctly.
Also, when the primary user accepts meeting requests, they are listed
twice in her calendar. Any ideas on what may have caused this?
Thanks!

The problem that you are both experiencing may be due to a few different issues.

First if the users involved have a PDA then there could be a conflict with CDO.
Usually we hear about this when there is a Blackberry device involved. RIM has a update for this problem on the Blackberry server and additionally Microsoft has incorporated fixes into the latest service packs for Exchange Server, that must be in place WITH the RIM updates. Both parts must be updated if you suspect a PDA is the problem.

Second this problem occurs when the following article applies.
