Meeting requests going straight to deleted items folder with Outlo

I have a user who sometimes has the meeting requests bypass her inbox and go
straight to her deleted items folder. This does not happen for all the
meeting requests. This does not happen to any particular sender and it is
intermitant.

Anybody got any ideas?

Do the meetings associated with the request show in the calendar as well?

No, they bypass everything and go straight to the deleted items, as unread.
This means that the receptionist does not know that the booking is required.

Does this user have any rules that would delete items based on keywords?
