Meeting Request

Is there a way to schedule and appointment on the calander with someone
that still has the popup reminder but doesn't require them to click
accept or decline? I want to be able to schedule daily tasks for
different people, but don't want them to have to click accept or
decline.
 
If you have write access to their Calendar folder, you can create new items in it directly.

I don't have access to their individual calenders, only our shared
calendar. Is there a way I can accept the meeting for them with out
them needing to click on accept or decline? I'm using outlook 2003
 
Not unless the other person makes you their delegate.
