We are running MS exchange 2000 on our server, when
anybody on the system (using outlook 2003) sends a
particular user a meeting request, everybody in the global
address lists receives it.

Has anybody ever seen this before ?

Check your delegate settings on the Exchange server.

I've seen this before a few times. We are also using Outlook 2003. I
have not sussed out the way round it yet. If anyone knows of a way
please post...

Check your delegation settings - it sounds like you have made the GAL a
delegate to everyone in the GAL.
