Hi Everyone,

Please can someone help???
Exchange Server 2000 Enterprise, All users on Office XP
fully patched.
On a few users this is happening. If I go to send a
meeting request to someone their calendar should book the
time in as Tentative,so if another person goes to book
they can see that the user has a meeting waiting to be
responded too. To avoid double booking. This is not
happening.
I have search and searched and you guys are my only hope
left.
Thanks
Samantha

I am seeing the same issue with Outlook 2000 SP-3. The
administrator goes to put in an appointment for her boss
and the mail goes out, the appointment goes on other
peoples calendar, BUT not her boss's. Some day's it works
fine and other's it gets messed up. Microsoft has not
seen this problem. The administrator has all the latest
patches on her PC. Please let me know if you find
anything.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi all,
may be it is same problem: using view group schedule i see a free slot in my
boss's calendar (he has delegate me as author of his calendar); so i put an
appointment/meeting on it. In the view schedule the appointment/meeting
doesn't apperar, but if i browse his calendar directly i can see the
apontement. Even if i do a refresh busy/free time i can't see it. After 30
minutes i come back to view group schedule and i notice the appointment but
other people like me has requested another meeting so my boss has now two
meeting. Is it a bug?
