Meeting request issue

I have a user that's reporting outlook freezes when trying to open or delete
a meeting request. Problem started recently. Client uses a Windows 2000
machine and connects to a mailbox on Exchange Server 5.5. Any suggestions
would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
Could be a corrupt appointment or problems with recurring appointments,
especially if they have no end dates.

Try opening Outlook using the /cleanfreebusy switch to reset the user's
Free/Busy.

You might have to do it a couple of times.
