I am using Outlook 2003 and when I am halfway through typing a new meeting
request, Outlook crashes. "Microsoft outlook has experienced a problem and
needs to close."

Sometimes, the program crashes while I am typing the message even before I
have selected attendees or a location.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem with their calendar, and how can it
be fixed?

I have "GFI Mail Archiver" added in.

However, everyone one else at work has the mail archiver too, but they're
not experiencing the same problem as me. The IT team are a bit stumped.

Are you using the Live Map add-in? Any other add-in?

if you haven't already tried detect and repair (office diagnostics in 2007),
try it. If it still crashes, try disabling the add-in

Thanks - I'll try it out tomorrow, and let you know if it works!
