Meeting - Replies to another

One of my customers makes meetings on behalf of their boss
They do not want any replies to go back to the boss but to them.
(equivalent to "Have replies sent to:" but in Calendar)

I know you can stop responses but this is to have the replies sent to her
and not the boss.

Any help much appreciated!
 
No.

She has access to his Outlook via her own version
She is making the meeting through this means - hence reason for replies
coming to her and not him.

She would need to be a delegate for them to come to her, unless she is the
organizer.

She puts herself down as a delegate but she wants to stop them going back to
the Boss.

I think the best resolution maybe to set up a rule that forwards them onto
her and deletes them from his Inbox. I cannot think of another resolution, a
"Have replies sent to:" on the meeting would be the easiest option if it were
there.

She puts herself down as a delegate but she wants to stop them going back
to
the Boss.

She can't "put herself down as a delegate". That's a setting the boss must
make in his own Outlook.
 
Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. :)

When "she makes meetings on behalf of her boss" she has delegate permissions
which allow her full authoring/editing rights to her boss' account, from her
own.

She also includes herself as a delegate/ attendee on the meeting invitiation.
 
On the boss's computer: Go to Tools, options, delegate tab - there are some
options on the main tab (how many depend on your version) and also select
her name and click permissions.
