I have meeting notification that pops up, as normal, but it's for a meeting
in the past that has been removed from the clanedat and I cannot get rid of
it.

Help!!

Thanks!

Hi there

Try running Outlook with the /cleanreminders switch (search for "command
line switches" in Outlook help if you're not familiar with using command line
switches). This will recreate all the reminders information and should get
rid of the 'ghost' reminder.

Yea..been there..didn't work. I suppose I should have put that in my
original post.

So there's an error that pops up with this event. "The cusotm form cannot
be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form instead. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appoinment."

After hitting OK I get: "Cannot turn of the reminder. You may be reminded
again. Cannot locate the recurrenace information for this appoinment."

I have run the /resetformsregions switch as well.

Ahhh... in that case try clearing your forms cache! Tools > Options > Other
Advanced Options > Custom Forms > Manage Forms > Clear Cache.

Also see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/839804/ for more information about
Forms and some more aggressive ways to clear the cache if the one above
doesn't work.

Finally, if you're using Outlook in an Exchange environment, you could use
Outlook Web Access to check if the item does still exist in your calendar and
delete it.
