Meeting Maker reminders

My manager has MS 07 and a Blackberry. I check her calendar every day and
the meeting maker reminder will be checked and then the next day it is not
checked. Any suggestions?
 
How does she sync the calendar with the blackberry? Does it stay checked if
she doesn't use the blackberry? It's something between the meeting maker
addin, the sync process and the BB not supporting the meeting maker
property.
