The reminder has a bug that when read by Outlook 2000, is parsed incorrectly
and causes the text message, rather than the meeting invite as intended.
Let me go look for the Hotfix article, or you can google it and find the
reply from Sue Mosher - Outlook MVP who has posted it often. I will
probably not be able to get back to this before tomorrow, so your best best
is groups.google.com.

|| bug for which Microsoft has a hotfix. You can also have the senders
|| uncheck the reminder in invitations sent to Outlook 2000 users.
