Meeting Invites not readable

I am having an issue sending meeting invitations to co-
workers. I am using Outlook 2002, and some of them are
using Outlook 2000. When I send notification, they get
jumbled text in their inbo. I know there is some checkbox
like 5 levels deep to take care of this, but I dont know
exactly where. Any Help?
