The problem:
Some people just don't respond to meeting invitations at all; no decline or
tentative answers.
Thus, as a meeting organizer, you manually have to remember to check who has
responded and who has not.
Solution:
Have Outlook/Exchange track meeting invitations for you. For example, you
can specifiy that if 48 hours before the meeting starts (or rather 48 hours
after you've sent the invitation), the meeting organizer (you) will get an
automated alert e-mail specifying who the inconsiderate people are, if any.
