Thanks in advance. I am trying to help a sister agency
with their Outlook 2003 meeting requests. Their e-mail
options are set to use HTML. However when a equest for a
meeting is sent, it is received in "plain text" which
does not afford the opportunity to accept, decline etc.
Obiviuosly I have overlooked a seting to HTML but I can
not think of any other place to look. All of their
machines are using Windows 2000 Pro with Outlook 2003.

Thanks again.

What version of Outlook are recipients using? What's the mail server on the
sending side?

Thanks for your input Sue. The are on a very small
office net usinf ICS and Outlook2003. They all have
Windows 2000Pro as the OS. The ISP is a wireless
broadband (onlyinternet.net)

Thanks, Bob B

In Tools | Options | Calendar Options, make sure they all have the "Send in
iCalendar format" box checked.

If that's the case, my guess is that the mail server is doing something odd
with the iCal item. It might be useful to try sending via another server or
sending to an account you can access with Outlook Express, so you can see
the full raw message and get a better understanding of what's happening to
the iCal content.
